Member Scholarship FORM & PROCEDURE
TEAA Scholarship Fund Procedure
Trail’s End Art Association offers a scholarship fund to encourage and enhance member’s art growth and is to be used to help pay for classes and workshops that may just be out of reach financially. In some cases it may be used to help pay a portion of TEAA membership
Selection Process
The fund is open to all members. Members are encouraged to bring or send the application form to TEAA in a timely manner since the funds are first come first serve and the funds are limited.
Criteria for Selection
The requests must be related to either membership fees to TEAA or other activities related to enhancing and improving the applicant’s art experience. If there are multiple applicants for the money, the committee will make an assessments based on:
Selection Committee
A Selection Committee will be appointed by the TEAA President. All submissions will remain confidential
Application Process
Application can be made by filling out the TEAA Scholarship form. Adding any information to help the committee is encouraged, such as course/workshop descriptions, what TEAA membership help means to you, or other things that will help the Committee.
Supervision of Grants
The only request in return is that applicants consider sharing their experience in any way they are comfortable with doing. Examples of sharing include things like willingness to share with TEAA members such as a brief report, demonstration, teach a workshop, or article in the Newsletter.

- Why you are you interested in doing the activity related to your personal art growth?
- Will it be a new art form for you or an extension of your current art?
- How much financial assistance will be necessary? (Note: Scholarship funds are not intended to be used for purchasing supplies)
